The goal of all of our sessions is to help you make space. Headspace, physical space in your body, quiet space, space to breathe. Some times we sit still to make that space and other times we move slow or faster. We emphasize postural corrective exercises in every class to counteract the effects of our daily work and life habits.

We recommend incorporating a mix of classes and will work with you to tailor a unique program. All classes begin with an appropriate warm up and end with breathing and centering to leave you rejuvenated for the rest of your day. Additional props may be used and will be provided by Be Well. We pride ourselves on being punctual, professional & available to support you and your employees in this commitment to health & wellness.
